Extra mode:
To unlock Extra mode, complete all 50 levels with a “Gold Leaf” rank. Extra mode contains ten more levels.
Sound test:
To unlock the Sound test option, complete all 50 levels with a “Gold Leaf” rank. The locked option at the “Configuration” menu will now appear as a sound test.
