How to defeat the final Boss:
Your health will continue to drop when you face the final boss. Gain health packs by hitting enemies. Destroy anything that will regenerate enemies such as the scorpions and purples sludges. Run away from the purple sludges while you shoot the Boss Core. Keep at least one regenerator so that the Boss cannot summon more of them. Use a bomb along with the homing/spread weapon.
