Buy a new car without paying:
Go to the car lot and purchase a car once you have saved up the necessary amount of money. Enter the race for a discount when Sam asks you. At the beginning of the race, press the “Pause” button (Start by default) and choose “Return to Main Menu.” Back out of the menus to your car status screen. You will have the new car you selected, but also still have your money.
