Easy win:
Use the following trick to complete the last stage in only one turn. While Artemian is at level 20, teleport him to the north as far as possible, then use haste. Use teleport again to go to the gate of the Emperor’s building. Make sure that Artemian is just outside the door. Enter the building to win.
