In Quifim Island, go into Lower Defalks Tower and watch the intermission sequence, then go to the infirmary in Upper Jueno and talk to the person there. Then. go to Ru Lude Gardens and talk to an elf in the guard’s room. After this, you must do the Promithhia of each crystal.
