Successfully complete the game and load the cleared saved game file. Additional skins will be unlocked at the character creation(Body type) screen.
Unlockable difficulties:
Unlock the following difficulties by performing the corresponding tasks:
DIFFICULTY – HOW TO UNLOCK
Hard difficulty – Successfully complete the game under the Normal difficulty setting.
Nightmare difficulty – Successfully complete the game under the Hard difficulty setting.
Despair difficulty – Successfully complete the game under the Nightmare difficulty setting.
