GGXX Slash and Reload stages:
To unlock the GGXX Slash and Reload stages, unlock all EX characters and play the game for 48 hours. To access the Reload version of the stage, hold R2 while selecting it.
EX characters:
To unlock EX characters, defeat the Shadow version of a character in Survival mode. Then, highlight the character at the character selection screen and press Plus. EX characters will also be unlocked after playing 48 hours.
Gold characters:
To unlock Gold characters, play the game for 48 hours. Then go to the character selection screen and change the color mode to Slash and select your character with Dust.
Guilty Gear Generations characters:
To unlock Guilty Gear Generations characters, play the game for 48 hours.
Shadow characters:
To unlock Shadow characters, play the game for 48 hours. Then go to the character selection screen and change the color mode to Relaod and select your character with Dust.
Fight Boss Order Sol:
To fight Boss Order Sol, beat Arcade mode without losing a round.
EX artwork:
To unlock an EX characters artwork, beat Arcade with that EX character.
Special illustrations:
Unlock the following Special Illustrations at the Gallery menu by performing the corresponding tasks:
SPECIAL ILLUSTRATION – HOW TO UNLOCK
Special Illustration 2 through 5 – Beat Survival level 500.
Special Illustration 6 – Unlock all EX characters.
Special Illustration 7 – Unlock all Gold/Shadow characters.
Special Illustration 8 – Unlock all arcade ending art.
Special Illustration 9 – Unlock all EX ending art.
