Delete profile:
Press R, X, B to delete a profile.
Keep old items:
When you save a new game over an existing saved game in your profile, your new baby will keep the previously acquired items (for example, clothes, toys, and accessories).
Easy money hint:
Buy the expensive toys and sell them back. You will eventually get them again, and can then resell them.
