CHARACTER – HOW TO UNLOCK
Gaara – Complete Story mode on Hard difficulty
Gai – Complete Story mode without using any continues
Itachi – Complete Arcade mode with all default characters
Jiraiya – Complete Arcade mode with Tsunade
Kyubi Naruto – Complete Arcade mode with Itachi
Orochimaru – Complete Arcade mode with Jiraiya
Sasuke Cursed Seal 2 – Unlock all other characters, then complete Arcade mode with Sasuke again
Temari – Complete Story mode on Normal difficulty
Tsunade – Unlock Gai, Temari, and Gaara by completing Story mode under the Normal or Hard difficulty setting without using any continues.
