Jiraiya – Complete Story mode.
Kabuto – Win 15 battles in Survival mode.
Legendary Sannin – Win 15 battles in Survival mode.
Non-Shippuden Characters – Win 15 battles in Survival mode on the Difficult setting.
One Tail Kyuubi Naruto – Complete Story mode on the Difficult setting.
Sasuke (S) – Complete Story mode.
True Form Sasori – Complete Sidequest 2.
Tsunade – Complete Story mode.
Uchiha Itachi – Complete Sidequest 1.
Sidequest 1:
Instead of going south in Story mode to find Sai, go east to start Sidequest 1.
Sidequest 2
Instead of going south in Story mode to find Sai, go east, then northwest to find Shino. He will give you Sidequest 2.
Exploration mode:
To unlock Exploration mode,complete Story mode.
