To unlock the the Rampage Ring, beat all Survival mode quests. To unlock the Double Rampage Ring 2, beat 160 Story mode quests.

Aya – Unlock the first three costumes by completing 10, 20, and 30 quests. Unlock the fourth costume by beating Story mode. Unlock the fifth costume by pressing Z when selecting Aya at the character selection screen.
Misery – Unlock three costumes by completing 10, 20, and 30 quests.
Reiko – Unlock three costumes by completing 10, 20, and 30 quests.
