Beat the main Storyline to be able to ride Wailord from Haruba Village to reach the Capture Arena.
Fight Darkri again:
To fight Darkri again after beating the game, go back to the top of Alturi Tower. Speak with the man to fight Darkri again. However, once you have fought him, you will lose all your Pokemon.
